Vladimir Golovatiuc, vice-chairman of the National Council of the Party of Socialists in the Republic of Moldova, who is heading the party delegation on a visit to the DPRK to take part in the celebrations of the 70th anniversary of the DPRK, signed the declaration on behalf of the party on Friday.
