Pyongyang, September 7 (KCNA) -- Muwabe Ally Kirunda Kivejinja, special envoy of the president of the Republic of Uganda who is vice-premier and minister for East Africa Community, and his party arrived here on Friday to participate in events for celebrating the 70th founding anniversary of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea.
