DPRK Foreign Ministry Spokesman on Issue of Detained Americans

| Pyongyang, August 15 (KCNA) -- A spokesman for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the DPRK gave the following answer to a question raised by KCNA on Tuesday as regards foreign media reports that the issue on the detained Americans is now on discussion between the DPRK and the U.S. through their contact channel in New York: The issue on detained Americans is not an object to discuss in view of the present atmosphere of DPRK-U.S. relations. |
