Statue of Forcibly Drafted Worker Erected in S. Korea
Pyongyang, August 15 (KCNA) -- According to the south Korean CBS, a statue of a forcibly drafted worker was erected in Inchon City of south Korea to bear witness to the Japanese imperialists' crimes.

The Confederation of Trade Unions and the Federation of Trade Unions of south Korea organized a committee for promoting the erection of a statue of a forcibly drafted worker in February and have since launched a campaign for probe into the truth behind the crimes committed by the Japanese imperialists who forcibly drafted the young and middle-aged Koreans.

A ceremony of unveiling the statue took place at the Puphyong Park in Inchon City on Aug. 12.
