The Youth Group for Study of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism formed in Austria said in a statement that the successful ICBM test-launch is the historic event that ended the U.S. hostile policy toward the DPRK which has lasted for more than half a century.

The statement went on:

The strategic position of the DPRK has exceptionally strengthened through the test-launch.

The DPRK possessed of nuke and ICBM has been recognized as a country with strong military might which no one dares to provoke.

The U.S. should abolish the hostile policy toward the DPRK as soon as possible, withdraw its troops from south Korea and stop despicable moves for blocking the reunification of Korea.

The Dnepropetrovsk branch of the Ukrainian "Treasured Sword of Songun" Association for the Study of the Juche Idea said that the DPRK's successive success in ICBM test-launch only a few developed countries can do is a great victory won by science and technology of Juche and the spirit of self-reliance and self-development, adding:

The Korean people showed the whole world that the road chosen by themselves is just.

We fully support all the measures taken by the DPRK to bolster the nuclear deterrent for self-defense.

The Moscow Group for the Study of the Juche Idea and the Russian Group for Solidarity with the DPRK said that the successful second test-launch of ICBM Hwasong-14 marked an occasion of further advancing Korean socialism and that the imperialists should recognize the strategic position of the DPRK.
