Seen standing there were wreaths bearing the august name of respected Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un.

Attending the wreath-laying ceremonies were Pak Pong Ju, Choe Ryong Hae and other senior party and state officials, the chairperson of a friendly party, officials of party, armed forces and power organs and the Cabinet, working people's organizations, ministries and national institutions, officers and men of the Korean People's Army and the Korean People's Internal Security Forces and Pyongyangites.

Laid at the Revolutionary Martyrs Cemetery on Mt Taesong and the Patriotic Martyrs Cemetery in Sinmi-ri were wreaths in the joint name of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, the State Affairs Commission of the DPRK, the Presidium of the Supreme People's Assembly of the DPRK and the Cabinet of the DPRK. At the Fatherland Liberation War Martyrs Cemetery was a wreath in the joint name of the WPK Central Committee, the Central Military Commission of the WPK and the DPRK State Affairs Commission.

Also, placed were wreaths in the names of the Ministry of the People's Armed Forces, the Ministry of People's Security, working people's organizations, ministries, national institutions, units of KPA and KPISF, scientific, educational, public health and press organs and the party and power organs, institutions, farms, universities, etc. in Pyongyang.

The participants paid a silent tribute to the memory of the martyrs.
