Party Information Workers Tour Areas of Rimyongsu and Taehongdan
Taehongdan, June 9 (KCNA) -- The expedition of party information workers for study tour of revolutionary battle sites in the area of Mt Paektu went round the areas of Rimyongsu and Taehongdan.

On June 8, they visited the Rimyongsu Revolutionary Site, Chongbong, Konchang and Begaebong bivouacs and the revolutionary battle site in the Dam No. 5.

They went round revolutionary mementoes including the site where anti-Japanese war heroine Kim Jong Suk boiled rice, campfire and slogan-bearing trees.

On June 9, they toured the Mupho Bivouac where President Kim Il Sung camped in May Juche 28 (1939) by leading the main force of the Korean People's Revolutionary Army and set forth militant task to advance into the area of Taehongdan and the Mupho Angling Site where leader Kim Jong Il matured a plan to model the whole society on Kimilsungism.

They toured the Taehongdan Revolutionary Battle Site.

They laid bunches of flowers at the statue of the President in the Monument to the Victorious Battle in Musan Area. Then they looked round the command post of the battle of Taehongdan, etc.

At the Sinsadong Revolutionary Battle Site, they deeply grasped the feats performed by the President to arise all Koreans to the nationwide resistance against the Japanese imperialists.

On the evening of the day, they had a field meeting at the campfire to hear impressions of the reminiscences of anti-Japanese guerrillas.
