The festival, divided into panels of architecture, city administration, land and environment, construction engineering, construction administration, building materials, construction machinery, and information engineering, involved presentation and exhibition of sci-tech achievements and new technology exchange.

Presented to it were more than 190 sci-tech proposals and successes and experience were exchanged.
