Going round various parts of the factory, he learned in detail about the preparations for serial production of 80 h.p. tractors and encouraged its workers to register bigger successes.

Then there took place a consultative meeting at which measures were taken to update the factory and solve the problems arising in the production.

The premier also visited the Pyongyang Thermal Power Complex. He called for maintaining the generating equipment in a qualitative way and fulfilling daily and monthly plans for electricity production without fail.

Earlier, he inspected the Pyongyang Kim Jong Suk Silk Mill and the Pyongyang Bag Factory where he took measures for boosting the production of consumer goods.
