U.S. Strategy for Sanctions against DPRK Never Works: Minju Joson
Pyongyang, February 2 (KCNA) -- The U.S. should roll back its anachronistic hostile policy towards the DPRK, well aware that neither its sanctions nor its blockade will be able to block the dynamic revolutionary advance of the DPRK, says Minju Joson Thursday in a commentary.

The commentary cites facts to prove that the U.S. has pursued the strategy for intensified sanctions with an aim at encroaching on the Korean people's right to existence, to say nothing of putting military pressure and threats.

However, though the DPRK has been hard pressed for everything and faced with ordeals and difficulties, its army and people have remained committed to their idea, social system and belief, it says, adding:

They, fully armed with the great idea and united as one in mind around their leader, have victoriously advanced the revolution, braving all difficulties with their indomitable efforts and will despite the desperate obstructive actions of the enemies.

Whenever they faced difficulties and ordeals, they never reached out to others for help but weathered them by themselves. And they raced against the time, true to the line of simultaneously developing the two fronts.

The great spirit of self-reliance and self-development serves as an ideological and moral source inspiring the army and people of the DPRK to a new victory.

They are now filled with the confidence that they will win the final victory without fail despite more severe ordeals and difficulties.

They will only record the history of victory in the future, too with the great spirit of self-reliance and self-development as the dynamic force.
