Kim Jong Un's Special Envoy Leaves Managua

| Pyongyang, January 14 (KCNA) -- Choe Ryong Hae, vice-chairman of the State Affairs Commission of the DPRK, who is a special envoy of Kim Jong Un, chairman of the State Affairs Commission of the DPRK, left Managua on Jan. 12 after taking part in the inaugural ceremony of the Nicaraguan president. He was seen off at an airport by the director of Protocol Department of the Presidency of Nicaragua and the Nicaraguan ambassador to Cuba. During his stay in Nicaragua he looked round Managua and Granada cities. |
