Martin Lotscher, chief of the Swiss Group for the Study of the Juche Idea, said at a seminar on Kim Jong Un's work "Let Us Add Eternal Brilliance to Comrade Kim Jong Il's Great Idea and Achievements of the Songun Revolution" that President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il founded the Songun idea and developed it in depth and thus provided the guidelines and banner of victory to be held fast to by mankind in accomplishing the cause of independence.

Igwanagu Nicholas, chairman of the Nigerian Group for the Study of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism, briefed on the main content of "Let Us Further Intensify the Work of the Women's Union under the Banner of Modelling the Whole Society on Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism", a letter of Kim Jong Un to those attending the Sixth Congress of the Democratic Women's Union of Korea, and said that his letter serves as an important guidelines for strengthening the union and enhancing its militant function and role.
