Professors and Researchers of S. Korea Demand Immediate Ouster of Park Geun Hye

Pyongyang, December 7 (KCNA) -- The Council of Professors and Researchers for Settling the Situation in south Korea made public a declaration on the situation at a press conference demanding Park Geun Hye's resignation in Seoul on Dec. 5, according to MBC of south Korea.

The declaration, signed by more than 3,000 professors and researchers, urged Park to step down immediately, not deceiving the people by shifting the responsibility on to the "National Assembly".

The professors and researchers across south Korea do not acknowledge the "government" any longer, it said.

At the end of the press conference, the organization held a demonstration.
