It said that Park Geun Hye called on the speaker of the south Korean "National Assembly" and demanded that the opposition parties nominate a new "prime minister" to clear off the power-scandal suspicions which neutralized the "government" function for several weeks.

It noted the opinion poll showed that Park Geun Hye is the most unpopular "president" in south Korea since the 1980s.
