Present at the presentation were teachers, researchers, technicians and officials of the educational and science research institutions and production units of the pomiculture field including Pyongyang Agricultural College of Kim Il Sung University, the Institute of Pomiculture of the Academy of Agricultural Science, the Taedonggang Combined Fruit Farm, the Kosan Combined Fruit Farm and the Ryongjon Fruit Farm.

The participants presented more than 150 papers and scientific and technical achievements gained in the course of scientific researches and production for radically increasing the fruit production.

Present at the opening ceremony were Kwak Pom Gi, vice-chairman of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, and officials and working people in the educational and science research institutions and fruit production units.

The presentation will last till November 11.
