Explosion Happens in S. Korea

| Pyongyang, October 21 (KCNA) -- An explosion happened at the chemical fiber mill in Chilgok County, North Kyongsang Province on Oct. 19, according to the south Korean KBS. It left one person dead and four others seriously wounded. |
