| Pyongyang, October 9 (KCNA) -- DPRK Foreign Minister Ri Yong Ho Saturday sent a congratulatory message to Pacome Moubelet Boubeya upon his appointment as minister of State and minister of Foreign Affairs, Francophone, Regional Integration and Overseas Compatriots of Gabon.
