Present at the meeting were Ho Jong Man, chairman of the Central Standing Committee of Chongryon, Vice-Chairman Nam Sung U and chairmen of prefectural headquarters.

Ho Jong Man in his report referred to the big successes made in the construction of a powerful country in the socialist motherland thanks to the outstanding leadership and matchless guts of Marshal Kim Jong Un for two months since the joint meeting of chairmen of headquarters and branches and chiefs of major bodies and educational officials of Chongryon held on July 20.

He praised Kim Jong Un as peerlessly great man of Mt. Paektu who, as a representation of the destiny of the country and the nation, brought about a dramatic change in the strategic structure of standoff between the DPRK and the U.S. and the situation of the Korean peninsula and is leading the Juche cause to the final victory by making world-startling miracles.

He stressed the need to strengthen Chongryon into a powerful Juche-oriented overseas compatriots' organization glorifying with the august names of the peerlessly great men of Mt. Paektu as required by the Juche cause and the movement of Koreans in Japan which have entered a new historic stage.

He stressed the need to glorify the conference of Chongryon branches-2016 due on Nov. 6 (second conference for new heyday) as a landmark strengthening the basic organizations as a cornerstone of patriotism.
