During the festival the participants exchanged successes and experience gained in the work to build more monumental structures and put the nation's architectural science and technology on the highest level.

The architecture layouts reflecting the daily developing architectural designs drew attention of the participants for putting formative art in architecture at a high level.

Building goods and utensils and tools made by with our natural resources and techniques were estimated. Construction designing programs and multi-medium were highly appreciated at the festival.

Present there were Vice-Premier Kim Tok Hun, officials concerned, officials, architects and technicians in the field of construction and teachers and researchers of science and education institutions.
