It recalled that Park carried out the reshuffle of some ministers and vice-ministers on Aug. 16.

It commented that the reshuffle lacked any new meaning as it was to protect the confidants of the "president" and it was the arrogant one that ignored the demand for improving the operation of administration of the present regime which was raised after its defeat in the general election.

Only Park is not aware that such arrogance and obstinacy are the shortest cut to her downfall.
