Attending it were thousands of people including Seoul citizens from all walks of life, members of civic and public organizations and Songju County residents.

Prior to the action, all-people rally for peace against war took place in Ryongsan, Seoul.

Participants in the rally in a protest letter to the commander of the U.S. forces in south Korea demanded the U.S. stop forcing the south Korean people to sacrifice themselves for its interests and immediately withdraw the decision to deploy THAAD.
