Floral Tribute to Kim Il Sung, Kim Jong Il
Pyongyang, August 15 (KCNA) -- Service personnel, working people of various social strata, students and children visited the statues of President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il on the 71st anniversary of Korea's liberation.

An endless stream of visitors presented floral baskets, bouquets and flowers before the statues of the great leaders on Mansu Hill and paid tribute to them.

Seen standing before the statues was a floral basket sent by Kim Jong Un, chairman of the Workers' Party of Korea, chairman of the State Affairs Commission of the DPRK and supreme commander of the Korean People's Army.

Laid before the statues were floral baskets in the names of the party, armed forces and power organs, social organizations, ministries, national institutions, units of the Korean People's Army (KPA) and the Korean People's Internal Security Forces, institutions, enterprises, factories and schools at all levels here, and bouquets and flowers.

The participants paid tribute to the great leaders before their statues.

Floral baskets in the names of KPA units, institutions and enterprises, bouquets and flowers were laid before the statutes and portraits of the smiling great leaders in various places of the city including Kim Il Sung University, the Ministry of the People's Armed Forces, Ministry of People's Security and the Mansudae Art Studio.

Service personnel, working people, students and children across the country visited the statues and portraits of the smiling great leaders in their residential areas to pay tribute to them.
