Commenting on this, Minju Joson on Monday says:

It is needless to say that this is a dangerous reckless move to steadily put into a catastrophe the international situation getting tense due to the decision on THAAD deployment in south Korea.

Now China and Russia are very sharply responding to the U.S. as the latter decided to deploy THAAD in south Korea.

By announcing its plan to deploy THAAD in Japan and the Philippines, the U.S. disclosed the fact that its THAAD deployment in south Korea for coping with the DPRK's "nuclear and missile threat" is nothing but a pretext.

The U.S. is intensively deploying the strategic nuclear force in the Asia-Pacific region under the pretext of deterring the DPRK's "nuclear and missile threat" and forming the missile defense network with due consideration given to China and Russia.

It is hastening the work to form an encircling ring around China and Russia by forming double and treble the triangular military alliance among Japan, south Korea and Australia.

This clearly proves that it is none other than the U.S. which is destroying and threatening peace and stability in the world.

From the viewpoint of peace and security of the world, it is a very dangerous development that the Cold War which threw humankind into fear and uneasiness of nuclear war is coming back again.

The DPRK will more vigorously advance along the road of bolstering up the self-defensive capabilities for security and peace of the country under such a dangerous situation.
