Peruvian Radio Praises Kim Il Sung for Liberating Korea
Pyongyang, August 12 (KCNA) -- The Peruvian Radio Cielo aired a program introducing the DPRK on Aug. 7 on the 71st anniversary of Korea's liberation.

The radio cited concrete facts to condemn the Japanese imperialists for imposing unbearable misfortune and pain on the Korean people for more than 40 years of colonial rule after occupying it by force of arms early in the last century.

It praised President Kim Il Sung for putting an end to the Japanese imperialists' harsh colonial rule and achieving the liberation of Korea through 20 years-long bloody anti-Japanese revolutionary struggle.

The chief of the Radio Station in radio appearance extended warm congratulations to the Korean people on the 71st anniversary of Korea's liberation, which was of great historic significance for them.

The chief went on to say:

The Korean people's struggle for national liberation and its victory powerfully encouraged the national liberation struggle of the people in Asia and the rest of the world.

That's why this great exploits will last forever along with human history.

Today the U.S. and its followers are ratcheting up the sanctions and blockade against the DPRK.

But Korean socialism is making a dynamic advance under the wise guidance of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un.

I am convinced that the just cause of the Korean people is sure to triumph.
