S. Korean Paper Slams "Agreement" on Issue of Sexual Slavery for Imperial Japanese Army
Pyongyang, August 5 (KCNA) -- The south Korean paper Hangyore on July 28 carried an article accusing the U.S., Japan and the south Korean authorities of covering up the truth of history and rapidly pushing forward the formation of the triangular alliance by dint of the "agreement" on the issue of the sexual slavery for the Imperial Japanese Army.

The article recalled that Obama in a phone message to Park Geun Hye on Jan. 7 this year congratulated her on having reached an "agreement" on the issue of the sexual slavery, highly appreciated her courageous action and the "agreement" is aimed to bolstering up the capabilities of south Korea, the U.S. and Japan to counter the nuclear test of the north.

The article said that as many experts repeatedly commented, the "agreement" was not the one for settling conflict in the past history but the strategic one for tightening the military alliance among the U.S., Japan and south Korea.
