The president extended warm congratulations to Kim Jong Un on his election as chairman of the State Affaires Commission of the DPRK on behalf of the people and government of Congo and on his own behalf.

The president expressed the will to make efforts to boost the friendly and cooperative relations between the two countries, wishing Kim Jong Un greater success in his work.
