They blustered that the Ulji drill this year would aim at expanding and strengthening the training under the simulated condition of an actual battle to cope with the non-existent "cyber terror from north" and "GPS wave disturbance."

It was reported that more than 480,000 persons of 4,000 odd organs including administrational and public bodies of cities, counties and districts would take part in the drill.

In particular, they are going to mobilize civilian ships and planes in the drill to cope with "GPS wave disturbance" for the first time.
