Military Attaches Corps Visits Historic Site Associated with Fatherland Liberation War
Pyongyang, July 21 (KCNA) -- The military attaches corps here Thursday visited the historic site associated with the Fatherland Liberation War on the 63rd anniversary of the great victory in the Fatherland Liberation War.

Members of the military attaches corps paid tribute to the photo of President Kim Il Sung in the revolutionary museum.

Being briefed on the fact that the President led the Korean army and people to repel the U.S. imperialists and honorably protect the country's destiny and nation's sovereignty during his stay there, the guests looked round the supreme command post, operation room, etc.

They also watched historical relics which tell about leader Kim Jong Il who cultivated wisdom and grit as the brilliant commander of Mt. Paektu beside a table for operational plans at the supreme command during the war.

They made entries in the visitor's book.

Military, Naval and Air Attache of the Chinese Embassy Zhang Ping who is doyen of the military attaches corps wrote that the people's just fight is sure to triumph, whereas the aggressors are bound to suffer a defeat. He hoped that the Korean People's Army (KPA) would achieve bigger successes in the defense of the country and socialist construction under the leadership of Supreme Commander Kim Jong Un.

Bahram Ghanbari Chelarasi, military attache of the Iranian Embassy, extended warm congratulations to Kim Jong Un, chairman of the State Affairs Commission of the DPRK and supreme commander of the KPA, on the war victory day.
