The DPRK has made preparations for fight against the U.S., tightening its belt, the commentary notes, and goes on:

The DPRK does not hide the fact that its Juche-oriented defense industry has now reached a high level capable of smashing at one blow the hostile forces.

Military and technological advantages are not a monopoly of the U.S. any longer. Gone are the days never to return when the U.S. imperialists used to threaten the DPRK with A-bombs. No one can now match the DPRK which has ranked itself among nuclear powers after having access even to H-bomb.

The Korean People's Army will respond to the U.S. moves for a nuclear war with the tremendous precision nuclear strike means of its own style. It is foolish of the U.S. to think of swallowing up the DPRK, a country of unbreakable single-minded unity, which has nuclear strike means capable of reducing the U.S. mainland to ashes.

The U.S. imperialists should bear in mind that if they dare try to test the strength and will of the DPRK, they will suffer bitterer defeat than that in the 1950s.

The U.S. should clearly understand the death-defying will of the service personnel and people of the DPRK out in the standoff with imperialism and the U.S., though belatedly.
