European Regional Committee Hails DPRK's Proposal for Holding Great National Conference for Reunification

Pyongyang, July 10 (KCNA) -- The European Regional Committee of the Overseas Side Committee for Implementing the June 15 Joint Declaration made public a statement on June 30 in support of the DPRK's proposal for holding a great national conference for reunification.

The statement positively supported the proposal, saying it is the very proper way of defusing the confrontation and taking the way of reunification at the present when the relations between the north and the south are completely frozen.

It said that the European Regional Committee would make every possible effort to successfully hold the great national conference for reunification.
