The message extended warm congratulations to Kim Jong Un upon his election as chairman of the State Affairs Commission of the DPRK at the Fourth Session of the 13th Supreme People's Assembly of the DPRK.

The message expressed conviction that the government and people of the DPRK would register bigger success in their efforts to accomplish the cause of building a prosperous state for the Korean people's happiness under his leadership.

It hoped that the traditional friendly relations between Vietnam and the DPRK would grow stronger.

It wished Kim Jong Un good health and bigger success in his responsible work.
