It was attended by President Ri Yong Son, Vice-President Leong Wai Meng and other members of the Executive Committee of the ITF.

Chairmen of the continental federations and representatives from the national associations under the ITF attended the meeting as observers.

The meeting discussed the issues of amending and supplementing the rules of the ITF and the regulations on Taekwon-Do games and refereeing and successfully holding Taekwon-Do Championships.
