It Is Vital for U.S. to Make Policy Switchover: Rodong Sinmun
Pyongyang, June 14 (KCNA) -- The Cato Research Institute in the U.S. posted on its website an article saying that U.S. politicians are working hard to exhort different countries while visiting them, but governments of the relevant countries turn their deaf ears to them and behave in their interests, not in those of the U.S. The successive U.S. administrations have made a lot of efforts to instill the U.S.-style view on the value into different countries of the world and vaunted their scenarios to deter the DPRK's nuclear development, but none of them has been realized, it noted.

Rodong Sinmun Tuesday says in a commentary in this regard:

This is no more than due denunciation and a sort of warning for the U.S. administration which is dashing ahead along the road of isolation and self-destruction in pursuance of the strong arm policy, obsessed with an anachronistic conception, failing to understand the changed world today.

The end of the U.S. era is becoming reality, no longer remaining an abstract conception.

It is an anachronistic act of going against the trend of the times for the U.S. to cling to its policy of force now that much water has flown under the bridge since the demise of the Cold War.

Making a policy switchover away from the policy of force is the way out for the U.S. to get rid of the serious economic crisis.

What is the most urgent for the U.S. in making a policy switchover is to roll back its hostile policy toward the DPRK.

For the U.S. to break with the above-said policy is not a gift for someone. This is a vital issue directly linked with the issue of the U.S. rise or fall.

The U.S. politicians should behave with reason, though belatedly, if they are to escape the disgrace of disruption.
