A survey made by an inspector laid bare the scandal committed by the Ministry of Defense by using golf courses.

The right to manage and operate the golf courses built by the ministry in 32 areas of south Korea are entirely in the hands of generals or ex-high-ranking officers.

Golf courses were built allegedly for the purpose of service members' physical training and their welfare but just 14 percent of them are actually used by those on the active list. Some military bosses are raking up huge profits from golf courses.

It was also disclosed that the puppet Defence Agency perpetrated a scam in the course of purchasing sleeping bags for the army.
