He extended his sincere congratulations to HE Kim Jong Un on his election as chairman of the WPK, and said:

Kim Jong Un's election as chairman of the WPK is the reflection of the absolute trust and expectation of all party members and people of him.

The 7th Congress of the WPK held in the presence of HE Kim Jong Un was a great and significant meeting which marked a historic turning point in the struggle for successfully accomplishing the idea and cause of President Kim Il Sung and HE Kim Jong Il, the great leaders of the Korean people.

Being convinced that only victory will be in store for the WPK led by Kim Jong Un, I extend firm support and solidarity to the WPK and the Korean people in their struggle for building a thriving nation and accomplishing the cause of national reunification.
