The message extended congratulations to Kim Jong Un upon his election as chairman of the WPK on behalf of the Central Committee of the Ukrainian Communist Party and its first secretary out of their deep respect for him and noble friendship.

It wished Kim Jong Un good health and success in his responsible posts of the party and state.
