The general secretary in the message extended warm congratulations to Kim Jong Un on his election as chairman of the WPK on behalf of the Central Committee of the CPV and on his own behalf.

The message sincerely hoped that the WPK and the Korean people would register big successes in the cause of building prosperous DPRK for their happy life under the leadership of Kim Jong Un.

It also hoped that the traditional Vietnam-DPRK friendship would develop day by day.

It wished Kim Jong Un good health and great successes in his heavy yet responsible work.
