The baby home and orphanage are fully equipped with all amenities and environment necessary for nursing and educating children including nursing and education rooms, dining rooms, combined fun-fairs, rooms for intelligence games, barbers' and treatment rooms.

Officials of the province and city, children of the baby home and orphanage, employees, shock brigade members and working people in Haeju City attended the ceremony.

At the end of the ceremony, the children entered their cradles of love.
