The KPA has reliably defended justice and peace on the forefront of the military standoff with imperialism since its founding, the article said, and went on:

The Korean People's Revolutionary Army, predecessor of the KPA, was founded on April 25, 1932 and carried out the historic cause of liberation of Korea on Aug. 15, 1945 by beating down the Japanese imperialist aggressors.

After the liberation of Korea the KPA developed into the regular armed forces. It resolutely shattered the U.S.-led imperialist allied forces in the Korean war, honorably defending the sovereignty and dignity of the country.

After the war the KPA smashed all military provocations of the U.S. imperialists such as the U.S. armed spy ship Pueblo case, large spy plane EC-121 case, Panmunjom incident, clearly showing the world how the justice was defended.

The KPA hasn't vacillated in defending the just cause.

The Korean peninsula is the biggest hotspot with great potentialities in which a war may break out.

However, peace is defended on the peninsula.

What is the reason? It is ascribable to the invincible might of the KPA and the powerful war deterrent of the DPRK.

War will never break out on the peninsula and the regional peace will be ensured forever as long as the invincible KPA stands guard.
