Present there were members of the festival organizing committee, officials concerned, foreign artistes and overseas Korean artistes.

The participants talked to one another that they splendidly celebrated the Day of the Sun (birth anniversary of President Kim Il Sung) as an international art festival and underscored the need to develop friendship and solidarity and boost exchanges and cooperation among countries and nations.

They sang and danced, deepening the friendship.
