Members of S. Korean Body and Religionists Honor Memory of Victims of Sexual Slavery and Ferry Sewol Disaster
Pyongyang, April 17 (KCNA) -- There took place a meeting in memory of the victims of the ferry Sewol disaster and sexual slavery before the statue of a girl sexual slave for the Imperial Japanese Army in Taejon on April 13, according to the south Korean internet paper Thongil News.

Present at the meeting were members of the "Peace Butterfly Taejon Action" and religionists of the Round Buddhist Parish in Taejon and South Chungchong Province.

Speakers there said victims of sexual slavery undergo bitterer sufferings owing to the Japanese government's irresponsible and insincere attitude and humiliating act of the Park Geun Hye regime.

They also said victims of the ferry Sewol disaster met grievous deaths even though they could be rescued.

They denounced the Park regime for trying to cover up the truth even after the lapse of two years since the disaster, while ignoring the efforts of the bereaved families and civic organizations.
