Day of Sun to Be Celebrated in Romania

| Pyongyang, March 28 (KCNA) -- A Romanian national preparatory committee for celebrating the birth anniversary of President Kim Il Sung (the Day of the Sun) was inaugurated on March 21. Constantin Rotaru, chairman of the Socialist Party of Romania, was elected chairman of the preparatory committee. The committee decided to set the celebration period from March 25 to April 15 and hold political and cultural events such as a celebration, seminar, lecture, book and photo exhibition and film show to praise the revolutionary career and exploits of Kim Il Sung in that period. |
