Day of Sun to Be Marked in Finland

| Pyongyang, March 25 (KCNA) -- A preparatory committee for celebrating the birth anniversary of President Kim Il Sung (the Day of the Sun) was formed in Helsinki on March 16. Pekka Kotkasaari, chairman of the Finland-Korea Society, and Juha Kieksi, international secretary of the Finnish Communists' League who doubles as chairman of the Finnish National Committee for the Study of the Juche Idea, were elected co-chairmen of the preparatory committee. The committee decided to organize colorful political and cultural events on the occasion of the Day of the Sun. |
