U.S. Hostile Moves against DPRK Condemned by Lebanese Organizations

| Pyongyang, March 22 (KCNA) -- The Lebanon Federation of Workers and the Lebanese Committee for Supporting the Reunification of Korea issued a joint statement on March 15 denouncing the U.S. for masterminding a "resolution on sanctions" against the DPRK and being hell-bent on its joint military exercises with south Korea. The statement said: We resolutely denounce the U.S. for not only fabricating the unreasonable "resolution on sanctions" against the DPRK by abusing the name of the UN Security Council but also breeding all kinds of plots against the DPRK. The U.S. is staging aggressive war drills in collusion with south Korea and thus escalating tensions on the Korean peninsula as it was extremely frightened by the DPRK's first successful H-bomb test. We criticize the U.S. hostile policy and moves for aggression against the DPRK. We support the Korean people's struggle for firmly defending the country's sovereignty and dignity. |
