Day of Sun to Be Marked in Romania

| Pyongyang, March 20 (KCNA) -- A Romanian preparatory committee for celebrating the birth anniversary of President Kim Il Sung (the Day of the Sun) was formed on March 14 under the sponsorship of the New Socialist Party of Romania. Vasile Orleanu, chairman of the Supreme Council of the New Socialist Party of Romania and chairman of the Romanian National Committee for the Study of the Juche Idea, was elected chairman of the preparatory committee. The committee decided to organize a seminar, lecture, photo exhibition, film show and other political and cultural events from March 21 to April 15. |
