The armed forces organs, ministries, national institutions, working people of various strata, school youth and children, the General Association of Korean Residents in Japan and other overseas Korean organizations and foreign friends will take part in the festival.

There will also take place Kimilsungia exhibitions and visits to Kimilsungia-Kimjongilia greenhouses in local areas.
