The long epic makes a truthful ideological and artistic depiction of the feats Marshal Kim Jong Un has performed by enforcing the policy of giving priority to the people and respecting and loving them on this land, true to the intention of President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il, and single-minded patriotic devotion of all service personnel and people united close around the Workers' Party of Korea.

The epic has evoked lively response among the party members, service personnel and working people and contributed to instilling firm faith in the final victory.

A relevant decree of the Presidium of the Supreme People's Assembly was promulgated on March 7.
