Great Persons of Mt. Paektu to Be Remembered in Bulgaria

| Pyongyang, February 23 (KCNA) -- A Bulgarian preparatory committee for the 2017 Meeting for Praising Great Persons of Mt. Paektu was inaugurated in Sofia on Feb. 11. A member of the Executive Bureau of the National Council of the Bulgarian Socialist Party was elected chairman of the preparatory committee. The committee decided to organize colorful political and cultural events and conduct positive activities for solidarity with the Korean people in 2017 in which fall the 105th birth anniversary of President Kim Il Sung, the 75th birth anniversary of leader Kim Jong Il and the 100th birth anniversary of anti-Japanese war hero Kim Jong Suk. |
