A reporter and speakers including the chairwoman of the Party for Peace and Unity of Russia said that Kim Jong Il was the great leader who enjoyed absolute support and trust of the Korean people in the whole period of leading the revolution.

Thanks to his outstanding leadership the unity and cohesion of the party, army and people of the DPRK grew rock-solid and the Korean people could achieve eye-opening successes in all fields for building socialism.

The director of the International Affairs Department of the Liberal Democratic Party of Russia said that Kim Jong Il was an outstanding politician who smashed all obstructive moves of the imperialists by pursuing the great Songun politics and firmly defended socialism and the father of the people who regarded believing in the people as in Heaven as his maxim and devoted all his life to them.

He sincerely wished the Korean people greater successes in the struggle for ushering in a golden age in building a thriving socialist nation this year when the Seventh Congress of the Workers' Party of Korea is to be held.
