| Pyongyang, February 20 (KCNA) -- DPRK Foreign Minister Ri Su Yong sent a congratulatory message to Jean-Marc Ayrault on Feb. 18 on his appointment as minister of Foreign Affairs and International Development of France. The message wished the minister big success in his new job, expressing belief that the contact and dialogue will be brisk between the two ministries and bilateral relations develop on good terms in mutual interests. |
